This De Buyer Choc aluminium non-stick induction pan, because of its non-stick coating, is perfect for preparing meat, fish, vegetables, eggs and pancakes, without the use of oil or butter. Great for reheating, warming and cooking. Flared and curved edge without sharp corners enables food to slide easily onto a plate. Ultra thick aluminium (5mm) ensures undeformable cookware that evenly distributes heat from the bottom to the sides of the pan. High end coating of 5 layers ensures quality resistance. Quality, robust pans designed for intensive use. The extra strong, high temperature resistant epoxy coated iron handle is secured with very robust rivets. Handle features a French-style curving, making it easy for gripping and handling. AISI 304 ferritic stainless steel on the bottom of the pan makes this product induction friendly. 

Care: Do not heat empty. Do not overheat. Avoid temperature shocks. Do not use metal objects or utensils in or on the pan as it can damage the non-stick coating. Hand wash with a non-abrasive sponge. Not dishwasher safe.  

All cook tops including induction. Suitable to be used on an induction hob.
